1.Financial Data Engineer:
Qualities we look for:
1) BA or above in mathematics/applied mathematics or scientific/engineering disciplines
2) At least one year or more of work experience
3) Familiarity with Microsoft Office, proficient in at least one of the follow for data analysis: SAS/SPSS/Eviews/Matlab
4) Familiarity with at least one model application for cointegration: REG, VAR, ARMA, Wavelet analysis, GARCH
5) Ability to quickly learn other cointegration methods in a short time
6) Ability to work productively in teams and communicate effectively
7) Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and decision making
8) Be passionate about finance and have the consistent ability to produce high quality work and thrive under pressure
2.Signal and Information Processing Data Analyst:
Qualities we look for:
1) BA or above with major related to signal and information processing (i.e. Computer Science)
2) More than one year or more of work experience
3) Proficient in digital signal processing theory and relevant algorithms, including smoothing, feature analysis, etc., and be familiar with algorithm development tools (matlab, vc++)
4) Can work well with teams and communicate effectively
5) Strong analytic, judgemental, and logical thinking skills
6) Have a passion for finance, have the ability to consistently produce high quality work and thrive under pressure
3.Software Engineer:
Qualities we look for:
1) Associate degree or above with significant software development experience, with at least one complete software development project.
2) Proficiency in C++ and C# programming languages
3) Proficiency in Socket communication protocol
4) Familiarity with COM+ programming technology
5) Familiarity with multithreading programming technology
6) Familiarity with QT or MFC development interface
7) Be passionate about finance and software development, with a good grasp of basic trading securities background knowledge
8) Have a strong sense of ethics and the ability to deliver consistent, high quality work and thrive under high pressure environments
9) Excellent communicator and can work independently on research and development projects
